My son doesn’t know I saw a text admitting that he deleted TikTok because he always compared himself to other powerlifters and it made him feel bad about himself. Or that me saying no to his request to DLing it again while he whines, begs & gets mad is me loving & protecting him

We see stuff like this all the time especially during CES week here in Vegas but seldom if ever do the talking robot heads and arms actually become a realistic thing. This thing can’t tell ripeness & can potentially destroy the trees. Remember self cleaning hotel rooms? 🙌🏻

A LL pulled a unheard of move, for my team anyway. Made us wait for the free rent to burn off to get paid. My client is 1 of the largest banks in the world. As a courtesy I asked for 2 weeks early after 6 MONTHS of abatement due to splits going down & was told no 👍🤷♀️✌🏻lol 🤣

There has to be a software that tracks every proposal and the deal terms. Puts it into a spreadsheet of sorts that can be updated and his client facing. Down to the details, such as tenant improvement dollars, annual escalations, cap on expenses etc. Please help #CRE #TENANTREP

This is every asset class in every state. It’s painful to watch. More so, what type of person takes on things they have no idea how to do? It’s sad.
I don't know who needs to hear this, but if you are buying a tenant-occupied property in California, don't use your realtor buddy who has no apartment experience to help you buy the property. THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY DON'T KNOW.
